The ‘Wave Factory’ makes possible the best surf in the ABANCA Galicia Classic Surf Pro

• As boas condicións propiciaron que se vise un gran espectáculo na competición do  QS/10,000 que se disputa na praia de Pantín (Valdoviño, Ferrolterra, provincia da Coruña)

• Os brasileiros  Deivid Silva (16º no  CT), Jesse Mendes e Jadson Silva, 28º e 29º do  CT, lograron pasar á ronda 5

As boas condicións que reinaron este xoves (5 de setembro) na praia de Pantín (Valdoviño, Ferrolterra, provincia da Coruña), tamén chamada a ‘Fábrica de Ondas’ fixeron que os competidores do  QS/10,000 masculino despregasen o mellor surf que se presenciou no ABANCA Galicia Classic Surf Pro. 

Aéreos, tubos, etc., puidéronse presenciar nun día que en liñas xerais, todos os competidores estiveron a un bo nivel. 

Os brasileiros  Deivid Silva (16º no  Championship Tour ( CT)), que logrou a ‘Mellor onda do día’, cunha puntuación de 9,40 puntos;  Jesse Mendes e Jadson Andre, 28º e 29º do CT, estarán presentes na rolda 5, xunto co francés  Timothee Bisso; o australiano Matt Banting (7º do QS); o portugués Frederico Morais e o australiano  Calbe Tancred. 

Disputadas só catro mangas da ronda 4, entrarán á auga durante a xornada deste venres (6 de setembro),  riders da relevancia de Alex Ribeiro (3º no QS, Brasil); Jack Robinson (18º no QS), que conseguiu a ‘Mellor puntuación acumulada nunha manga’ do día, con 16,56 puntos; o australiano Liam Ou’ Brien (10º no  QS, segundo no último US Open); os irmáns brasileiro Miguel (ex do CT) e Samuel Pupo, e o costarriqueño Carlos Muñoz. 

En canto aos surfeiros que xa non continúan na competición galega, hai que apuntar as eliminacións na ronda 3 de tres  riders do CT: Yago Doura (27º do CT, Brasil); Joan Duru (21º no CT, Francia) e Griffin Colapinto (26º do CT, Estados Unidos). 

Tampouco seguen no ABANCA Galicia Classic Surf Pro, o español Vicente Romero; o ex do  CT, o brasileiro Wigolly Dantas; o líder do QS, o francés Jorgan Coizinet; os australianos Connor Ou’ Leary (8º do  QS) e Matt Wilkinson; o estadounidense Natt Young (12º do QS) e o brasileiro Ian Gouveia (16º no QS).
