Those who register will receive a QR code that must be presented on the mobile or printed and that will serve for the whole competition if the capacity is not complete already. Thus, it will be possible to control not only the number of attendees but their identity and the length of stay.
With each passing year the ABANCA Pantín Classic Galicia Pro consolidates the number of participants and audience, as well as the prestige of the event, and this year, in its 33rd edition, it won’t be less. Top surfers have already confirmed their attendance in both the men’s and women’s categories.
Pantín beach will host one of the first sporting events with audience on site in August after the end of the alarm state. The organization with the support of public institutions and private entities get together to consolidate the image of Galicia as a safe destination not only for surfing, but for Tourism and Sport in general.
The main concern in this edition will be to guarantee the safety of competitors, workers and the audience, so a specific action protocol will be implemented on site and will be enabled during competition days. Likewise, both inside and outside the event site, on the seafront and beach, it will be mandatory to follow the rules and specifications that the Health Authorities, the Xunta de Galicia, the Council of Valdoviño and the Organization itself will specify for the safe development of the test.
